Lucile Agaisse is a multicultural qualitative marketing executive based out of Chicago, USA.
She started her marketing research career 17 years ago at Sorgem International Market Research, France’s leading qualitative marketing research company. For 8 years she directed studies in the luxury and cosmetics field, as well as food, retail, media, B to B.
In 2008, Lucile relocates to the United States of America and creates her own company. Her goal is to provide European marketing research companies with moderation and analysis services that will fully meet their needs. The success of her approach translates into fast growth, which leads Lucile to train a network of multicultural collaborators living in the United States, and to found Thea Research, Inc. in 2016.
Bi-cultural and trilingual (English, Spanish, French), Lucile provides her clients with an extensive understanding of American consumers. She identifies and explains key logics which, from a European perspective, can be misunderstood or deemed unsignificant. She has developed moderation techniques inspired by the best European moderation practices, and adapted to the American consumers.
Lucile is also very involved in the arts and culture community of Chicago. Since 2010, she has been serving on the Board of Directors of several organizations which promote classical music and music education.
